Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Time

Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, based on the most efficient method available at the time of shipment.


Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $30 or more

  • Orders under $30 are charged a flat shipping fee at checkout

All shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations, unless otherwise stated.


Delayed or Lost Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
